Content Marketing Specialist

• Content Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across all platforms.
• Social Media Management:
  • Oversee and manage our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our online messaging.
  • Craft and curate engaging content (images, video, written) to drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner, maintaining our brand's voice and fostering community engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted social media campaigns, including planning, creative development, scheduling, and post-campaign analysis.
• Content Creation:
  • Write and edit high-quality content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
  • Optimize all content for search engines to improve visibility and search engine rankings.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across all content and social media platforms.
  • Present monthly reports on social media and content performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to amplify content reach and effectiveness.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing social media platforms and creating compelling content that drives engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
