**Job Description**

We are expanding our production capability as we approach new markets with our products. To achieve this goal, we need a new colleague to join our Technology Innovation department as a project engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for specifying new equipment for capacity expansion of SURGIFLO. You will work closely with a team of project engineers responsible for development of the component manufacturing and the syringe print and assembly process at our external partners.

As a project engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing user requirement specifications and validation plans for new equipment
  • Collaborating with external machine builders and manufacturing partners to ensure effective equipment production
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency

Your success in this role will require a structured and data-based approach, where you ensure and verify the correct documentation and process impact.
