About Pandora A/S: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global eCommerce Manager to play a leading role in expanding and enhancing our ecommerce operations across new markets.
This role will focus on driving the successful rollout of Pandora's ecommerce platform into new regions, with a particular emphasis on supporting the development and optimization of ecommerce operations in new markets.
You will be responsible for overseeing the launch of new websites, setting up fulfillment centers, and managing customer service operations.
Closer collaboration with global and local teams across various departments is required to ensure the seamless integration of local needs with global strategies.
You will also support the development of local leadership teams, helping them to optimize ecommerce operations in alignment with Pandora's global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout of Pandora's ecommerce platform into new markets.
- Align market-specific needs with global digital strategies, ensuring smooth integration of local requirements with global guidelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Tax & Legal, Merchandising, and Digital & Technology to ensure timely project milestones.
- Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with local leadership and their teams.
- Enable local teams to manage and operate the websites, fulfillment, and customer experience effectively.
- Contribute as a member of the global ecommerce leadership team, ensuring alignment and broad understanding of the project across the global organization.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in relevant new markets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet deadlines for the rollout of new markets and websites.
- Facilitate alignment and collaboration between global and local teams.
- Successfully meet agreed-upon requirements for ecommerce features and functionality in new markets.
