We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects and drive the successful deployment of our new warehouse management system, SAP EWM.

As a Senior Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading a team of IT Project Managers, and ensuring the delivery of the integrated SAP EWM solution. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Tactical operational portfolio management and project execution
  2. Detailed solution deployment planning, preparation, set-up, readiness, and cut-over activities
  3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
  4. Area roadmap responsible and ensure clear scope per project incl. deadline
  5. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met
  6. Team resource management: End to end area responsible, strategically and operationally for new teams and that team members are requested timely
  7. Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  8. Support your Project Managers on delivering your roadmap

In this role, you'll be responsible for tracking and reporting on project progress, ensuring secure pre-analysis of projects and programs. Additionally, you'll play a key role in fostering team growth and providing constructive feedback to support continuous development.

We require you to meet most of the following:

  1. Academic degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Extensive experience in planning and implementing IT systems for global transformations with a strong understanding of digital transformation and technology implementation
  5. Vast understanding of financial data and in running budgeting processes for mid-sized business Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  6. Knowledge about working SAP solutions is a huge benefit
