What You'll Do:
You'll focus on creating smaller quotes for quick wins, providing unwavering support for sales campaigns, and amplifying our capacity for smaller quotes. Your mission is to drive excellence in our KPI performance across live chat, e-mail, and telephone interactions, while delivering a premium customer experience in the local language to enhance our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
What You Need to Succeed:
Show Passion: Connect deeply with others – colleagues, customers, and suppliers
Act with Humility: Enable others to ask, 'what if', and do amazing things
Demonstrate Trust: Lead by example, align others around ambitious goals, and check in regularly
Requirements:
- Experience in working with customers
- Fluent level of Norwegian or Swedish and communicative level of English
- Experience in working in SAP will be an advantage
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
- Team player
