The Challenge

The Head of Technology Development Governance is responsible for driving excellence in product technology processes and decision making within the LEGO Group. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and business acumen to facilitate end-to-end planning, decision making and strategic alignment of the portfolio of technology components in LEGO products.

Key Focus Areas

  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure clarity on the progress, risks and cost of the portfolio of technology components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective governance of the portfolio and process for development.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to the Portfolio Management team on matters related to technology development and industrialization.
