We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead exciting and high-attention projects in our fast-evolving company. At Royal Unibrew, we're experiencing unprecedented growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a full project management backpack and be able to quickly familiarize themselves with new technologies to understand the tech-stack's influence on their project and its deliverables.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company as we integrate new businesses into our IT ecosystem. You will be working closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to plan and manage feature development projects and projects supporting the migration of acquired businesses into the Group IT solution landscape.

You will be responsible for initiating new projects, project scoping, planning, budget controlling, and management, ensuring stable progress and handling of challenges during the project.

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in communication, able to think ahead, identify and address potential challenges in projects at an early stage, and willing to contribute to our 'PMO & IT Business Partnering' team being a great place to work.

1. A minimum 4 years' experience as a qualified IT Project Manager
2. Project Management certification (IPMA, PMI, Prince2 or equivalent)
3. Experience with different project management methodologies – waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods
4. English on a professional level – it is an advantage if you speak one of the Nordic languages

The salary for this position is estimated to be around €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
