We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Architect to join our team in Copenhagen or London. As a Senior Business Architect, you will work as a consultant on different clients and projects simultaneously, collaborating with the broader organisation to take our service offering to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients on global initiatives, considering their internal processes and standards, and local requirements.
  • Monitor programme progress, resolve issues, and identify connection points.
  • Assess clients' current organisation to understand their vision, history, and ways of working, and recommend improvements to the operational setup.
  • Support businesses in planning for the future, understanding their strategic wishes, and designing the operational model to support it.
  • Help facilitate organisational change through strategic communication planning and implementation.
  • Manage and drive expectations during the change, applying a structured change management methodology.
  • Monitor and supervise changes to clients' marketing processes, collaboration tools, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring the organisation embraces the change.

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Architect, you will be part of a dynamic and international environment, collaborating closely with experts from our technology, data, creative, and client teams. You will have the opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills, working on complex projects and contributing to our growth.

Requirements:

  • A relevant master's degree or PhD, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Business Process Consultant, or Change Management Consultant, or a strong analytical toolbox from a PhD.
  • A demonstrated ability to work in complex environments, both independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to shift between working from a helicopter view to detailed analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • A high level of proficiency in the use of PowerPoint.
