Terma A/S is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) processes.

About the Role:

  • Lead and oversee all NDI operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures, manage audits, and maintain certifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety of NDI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all NDI operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This includes developing and implementing quality control measures, managing audits, and maintaining certifications.

Certification and Training Management

You will develop and manage a comprehensive certification and training process for NDI personnel, ensuring that all certifications align with industry standards. Additionally, you will lead efforts to maintain a highly skilled and compliant workforce.

Regulatory and Customer Compliance

Guarantee strict adherence to both regulatory and customer requirements. Manage requirement changes in collaboration with other NDI Level 3s and engage with customers and suppliers for qualifications, technical consultations, and requirement clarifications.

Innovation and Improvements

Stay ahead of technological advancements in NDI by leading efforts to implement new technologies and upgrade equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of NDI processes.
