Full-Time Instructor

This is an exciting opportunity to join Maersk Training as a full-time instructor, specializing in fire safety courses. As a key member of our instructor team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to meet the needs of various industries.

• Develop and deliver theoretical and practical training on maritime STCW, OPITO, and GWO courses with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize daily safety during courses, ensuring the well-being of participants and instructors.
• Maintain, develop, and improve teaching materials and methods according to legal and organizational requirements.
• Set high personal and professional standards, demonstrating due diligence in course delivery, participant care, and collaboration with colleagues.

• A trained and certified team leader with experience in teaching or instructing.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to new situations, learn from challenges, and grow professionally.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written; German fluency is a plus.
