Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Product Costing Specialist to join our Finance & Administration team. As a key liaison between finance and cross-functional teams, you will provide critical insights that drive profitability. Your primary responsibilities will include taking ownership of master data and product costing within our SAP system, supporting the business in product costing, conducting variance and deviation analyses, and engaging in monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Master Data Management: Take ownership of the master data and product costing within our SAP system.
- Product Costing Support: Support the business in product costing and conduct variance and deviation analyses to support financial planning and performance tracking.
- Financial Closing: Engage in monthly and yearly financial closing processes, including statutory and tax reporting, while maintaining robust transfer pricing documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Develop and refine financial control systems and reporting mechanisms, providing critical commentary and explanations of financial results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales & Operations, R&D, and Quality teams to align financial strategies and operational goals.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience in production and a proven track record in product costing.
- Proficiency in SAP R3/4HANA, SAP BW, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
