About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at SELECTED. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives and supporting our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR sparring partner for the Brand Director and top management team, providing insights on strategy, employees, and leadership development.
  • Lead the HR function at SELECTED, focusing on coaching and developing the top management team, Regional Sales Managers, Country Sales Managers, and sales colleagues across regions.
  • Work closely with BESTSELLER PEOPLE on legal matters, recruitment, salary administration, and general benefits, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.
  • Champion the integration of SELECTED's regional setup into a cohesive and unified culture that reflects our brand values and culture.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering within an international company, with a strong focus on strategic HR management.
  • Proven track record of strategic collaboration with top management teams.
  • Own leadership experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Knowledge about employment law and the ability to provide advice on the subject.
  • Proficiency in English and Danish is required; fluency in additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
