Experienced LEAN Expert for Continuous Improvement

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a highly skilled Senior LEAN Specialist to join our Integrated Quality Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading pilot projects within various workstreams to facilitate the transformation of our Quality Management and support Novo Nordisk's scaling ambition. The successful candidate will have a strong background in LEAN principles, excellent leadership and change management skills, and experience in driving cross-functional projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
As our Senior LEAN Specialist, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Leading pilot projects within Integrated Quality Leadership to facilitate the transformation of our Quality Management.
- Working closely with experts and line of business to develop scalable standard solutions.
- Ensuring the realization of benefits for the projects in cooperation with the business.
- Collaborating with stakeholders from around the globe, working primarily from Bagsværd, Denmark, or from one of our hubs in Clayton or Tianjin with occasional travel activities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience applying LEAN solutions at shop floor and/or at system level.
- A proven track record of successfully driving cross-functional projects from early ideas to realized benefits.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
