Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to drive the pipeline for our business. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will be responsible for researching and contacting potential clients to schedule meetings that can lead to qualified sales opportunities. Your role will involve generating leads, building relationships, and nurturing warm prospects to find new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential customers using various platforms.
- Prospect target companies and connect with prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, videos, social selling, and participation at events.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next step.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in English, and native/fluent speaker of Norwegian.
- A background in sales (sales and/or BDR and SaaS experience preferred), real estate, recruitment, or just a passion to develop your career in sales.
- Motivation and determination to succeed paired with a positive mindset that allows you to reach your targets.
- Ability to execute and take responsibility.
- Coachability and self-awareness.
- Team player attitude because we believe teamwork makes the dream work.
- Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment with short and dynamic sales cycles.
