About the Role

We are seeking a talented Python developer to join our Data & Intelligent Tech team at Egmont, a leading Nordic media group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our data lake, building data products that provide valuable insights, and developing automation solutions to streamline our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business solutions primarily in Python, from idea to production
  • Support and maintain existing solutions, ensuring high-quality code and efficient processes
  • Drive our expanding data lake, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence

Requirements

  • Skilled Python programmer with 3+ years of work experience
  • Strong data management skills, with ability to manage and make sense of large datasets
  • MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
