We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Partner to join our Commercial Team. As part of this role, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues in Service, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless support and guidance to hospital laboratories. You'll serve as the primary point-of-contact for lab partners, handling contractual business and interacting with lab management teams and regional procurement.

As a valued member of our team, you'll also lead high-level conversations with laboratories, inspiring them to optimize their workflows and processes. By drawing on resources from service, application, IT, or product management, you'll deliver an outstanding customer experience that sets us apart.
