Job Description

\

We are looking for a skilled software engineer to join our Commerce Storefront team. As part of this team, you will focus on improving the discovery and purchase experience of Unity subscription and pay-as-you-go products.

\

You will work closely with other teams and stakeholders to identify friction points and propose solutions that drive adoption of our tooling. In addition, you will participate in all phases of software development from design/architecture through implementation, testing, and maintenance.

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end architecture and/or API gateway solutions.\
  • Support teammates in code quality, operational excellence, and shared learning.\
  • Participate actively in customer support by engaging with internal teams and assisting in resolving challenges or questions.\
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and customers to understand proposed solutions and encourage adoption of our tooling.\
  • Participate proactively in refinement and strategy sessions with the team, promoting collaboration and mutual assistance.

Requirements:

\
  • Comfortable with modern front-end technologies such as Next.js, React, and/or back-end technologies such as Go.\
  • Strong ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end architecture and/or API gateway solutions.\
  • Solid communication skills and experience working closely with other teams and stakeholders.\
  • High standards for code quality, testing, and performance.\
  • Knowledge and experience with CI/CD best practices.
