Chief Cybersecurity Strategist

About the Role

Kamstrup A/S is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to assume the role of Chief Cybersecurity Strategist. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in guiding Software Developers on designing and developing secure solutions utilizing modern technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge about the security domain and have an educational background from Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years within the security domain is required, enabling you to effectively coach and educate Software Developers on building secure software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identifying new requirements in designing common security components, thereby improving the developer experience when working with security.
2. Supporting development teams in implementing common security components.
3. Coaching and educating developers on how to build secure software.
4. Serving as an expert for other colleagues when conducting security risk assessments.

About You

We are searching for a talented and ambitious individual with familiarity with industry-standard security protocols and frameworks. Experience with key infrastructures knowledge, domain driven design, microservice based architecture, and solid practical experience with Microsoft programming languages, containers, continuous delivery, and microservices is highly valued.

A person with strong stakeholder engagement skills, adept at managing workflows and multiple tasks, and characterized by being a team player is preferred. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
