Job Title: Commercial Estimator for Civil Engineering
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Estimator to join our client, a well-respected Civil Engineering Contractor, on a permanent basis in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:- Pricing of change orders and ensuring accurate measurement of client design drawings.
- Managing subcontractor orders and general paperwork, including procurement of materials such as pipework, chambers, pumps, etc.
- Creating monthly applications towards the client and understanding and developing project budgets.
- Dealing with client queries related to the scope of works – good understanding of BoQ and SoW.
- 3-5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role or similar.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Accredited by RICS and/or CIOB.
- Experience within the civils and utilities sector.
