Job Title: Energy Trading Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Energy Trading Platform Developer to join our data platform team. As a key member of our team, you will actively engage in the identification and implementation of new technologies to support our future data platform.

  • You will provide sparring and guidance on new data technologies, such as databases and streaming technologies, from a cloud and infrastructure perspective.
  • Assist in maintaining existing solutions, including database, storage, streaming, and message queue technologies.
  • Support the development of new CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the design and implementation of energy trading platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment scripts using GitHub Actions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in energy trading and platform development.
  • Strong knowledge of energy markets and pricing models.
  • Experience with cloud-based energy trading platforms, like Oracle Utilities.
