As a ServiceNow Consultant at Mjolner Informatics, you will be working on complex ServiceNow projects for our clients based in Denmark. We are looking for both Senior and Junior profiles.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. For the Senior position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management and IT Operations Management.

In this role, you will provide strategic consulting to clients on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities, leading projects all the way from design to development and implementation. You will conduct requirement analysis, system configuration and custom development, oversee project timelines, deliverables and resource allocation, and mentor and guide Junior Consultants and other team members.

The Junior profile requires a basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts and probably experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. You should be analytical, have a 'problem-solving' mindset, and be proficient in English.
