About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize enzyme manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and yield
  • Support enzyme production facilities with problem-solving and document review
  • Prepare and maintain development documentation, including scientific rationales and study protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including late-stage development, analysis teams, and external partners
Requirements
  • Academic background in biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in enzyme chemistry, enzyme recovery and purification, and separation techniques
  • Fluency in English; ability to read documentation in Danish a plus

The API Manufacturing Development team is responsible for manufacturing APIs for Novo Nordisk's products. We work at the interface between R&D and full-scale manufacturing, focusing on process understanding, implementation, and optimization.
