Key Responsibilities

Job Overview

As a Production Engineer at Danfoss, you will be responsible for the processes and technologies used in a highly automated factory. Your focus will be on the assembly department and you will also need to plan and execute various projects across the factory.

Your Role

Your role will involve ensuring optimal operation and productivity while maintaining the quality standards of the produced products.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Project management for technical tasks such as investments in new machinery, reconstructions, optimizations, cost reduction activities, or renovation projects.
• Implementing new product variants in the hot stamping area, including new forging tools and other equipment.
• Introducing, implementing, and optimizing quality processes in production using various quality tools and procurement of testing equipment.
• Participating in lean projects and developing plans for production optimizations.
• SUPPORTING
• Participating in IATF16949 implementation (quality standard) by carrying out tasks such as PFMEAs, control plans, maintenance plans, etc.

To be considered for this role, you hold a mid-level qualification education, possibly as a mechanical or production engineer, production technologist, marine engineer, mechanical technician, or another relevant qualification. We expect that you bring practical experience from the technical field, preferably in areas such as process optimization, lean implementation, quality improvement, and project management.
