As a Lead Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives impact in the public sector. Your expertise will help governments create lasting, positive change for citizens and society. You will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to proposals and cases through thought partnership in your area of expertise, delivering original analyses and insights that drive strong impact with clients.
  • Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, working with business leaders to provide insights and advice for proposals and client workshops.
  • Lead the development of intellectual property and assets for the business, mentoring and guiding junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.
  • Collaborate with case teams and clients to co-create insights, leveraging expert perspectives on industry trends, proprietary data, and complex research and analysis of market information.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in the public sector, with a strong preference for candidates with consulting experience.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years of minimum industry experience required, with 8-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of issues pertaining to public sector clients.
  • Fluency in English, with any of the Nordics languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic, and Swedish) a plus.
