About the Role

As a Senior E-Commerce Project Manager at IMPACT A/S, you will be part of our delivery team that drives the development of digital solutions for leading e-commerce merchants. Your key responsibility will be to manage and deliver E-Commerce projects while ensuring scope, budget, and timeline.

You will facilitate project teams and act as the primary contact person for clients. You will work closely with experienced colleagues including Business Consultants, Project Managers, Developers, Designers, UX'ers, and Quality Assurance Consultants.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage development teams and facilitate SCRUM meetings to ensure timely deliveries within budget and scope.
  • Foster a strong team spirit in the project team.
  • Built strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other project managers and Director of Delivery to optimize processes and improve department productivity and quality.

About You

You are an excellent communicator who thrives on creating relationships while having a results-oriented approach to your work. You work systematically, motivate people around you, and create structure and overview even in complex projects.

In addition, you have a desire to get involved in projects at various levels, understand technical solutions, take ownership, and lead naturally.

Your Profile

  • You have experience leading E-Commerce/digital software projects preferably from an agency/consultant perspective.
  • You can document a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management of development teams and customer advisory.
  • You have technical understanding and/or experience with technical projects preferably related to e-commerce (CMS, PIM, digital marketing tools, etc.).
  • You understand digital marketing and UX & Design.
  • You have a great understanding of connecting business and IT.
  • You have experience with SCRUM.
