About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity is available for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our team at HCLTech. The successful candidate will have expertise in all aspects of delivery, including leading customers through implementation processes, switching between different roles, and adapting their approach as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a functional lead and demonstrate clear methodology and functional capabilities.
  • Lead functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
  • Interface/integration lead: demonstrate clear methodology and technical capabilities, lead integration workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
  • Data migration lead: demonstrate clear methodology and technical capabilities, lead data migration workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
  • Development lead: demonstrate wide range of development skills, advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical support to customers during Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Write and review architecture documentation.
  • Create solution, functional, and technical specifications documentation.
  • Design, develop, review, and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM.

Requirements

  • At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365.
  • Expert knowledge of at least 4 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, USD, PSA, Field Service, or Portals.
  • Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns.
  • Able to manage or lead multiple large projects (6-24 months) with advanced organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology related to sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
  • Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining long-term vision.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
