We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology Scientist - Formulation Development Lead to join our newly established team in Hørsholm, Denmark.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the formulation development of new dietary supplement products, ensuring patent protection and evaluating combination product stability and quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new dietary supplement formulations, with a focus on probiotic, enzyme, or vitamin-based products.
• Participating as a technical lead in cross-functional projects, driving innovation and collaboration across teams.
• Supporting the upscaling and implementation of new products into our production or at CMOs.
• Identifying new opportunities within ingredients relevant for the dietary supplement market.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent scientific field.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in formulation development and finished product formatting of solid dosage forms, preferably with probiotics, enzymes, or vitamins.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
