We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to spearhead our Architecture division in Denmark, driving technological advancements and aligning IT strategies with our ambitious business objectives.

The Role

As our Head of Architecture, you'll develop and maintain an overarching IT architecture strategy, integrating industry trends and technological breakthroughs into our IT ecosystem. You'll collaborate with architects and IT teams to design and implement robust, scalable IT solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an IT architecture strategy that propels our business forward.
  • Collaborate with architects and IT teams to design and implement IT solutions.
  • Engage in IT delivery prioritisation, aligning with our architectural vision and strategy.
  • Work closely with IT teams to advance technology development and integration.
  • Lead architecture boards, fostering cooperation across IT teams and the company.
  • Constantly seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within our IT landscape.
  • Advocate for a data-focused IT architecture.
  • Have sound knowledge of General Cloud Architecture on Azure and AWS.
  • Be proficient in agile development methodologies.
  • Build and manage a high-calibre architecture team.

About You

We envision our Head of Architecture to be someone with:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise or business architecture, particularly in the energy trading sector.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 years in management roles.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Aalborg, a hub of innovation.
