French/Benelux Sales Development Representative

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales development representative to join our French/Benelux team at our Madrid office. As a sales development representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Benelux market, focusing on the Whistleblower Software product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers or partners to organize client meetings.
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services.
  • Carefully design prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Native proficiency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week at the Madrid office.
  • Responsible, positive, and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Recruitment Process:

  • Send application and upload relevant information.
  • Completion of talent test.
  • 15-minute online interview with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • 30-minute online interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • IQ test and case preparation for the last interview (homework).
  • 60-minute in-person final interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant stakeholders.
