Automation and Digitalization Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Automation and Digitalization Project Lead to join our Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS) – Fill & Finish Expansions program organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Digital Twin solutions across our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Twin projects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities with strong foundational IT and automation. You will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
We require a candidate who can fulfill most of the following requirements: a Master's, Bachelor's, or Technician degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of Digital Twin or related technologies, is necessary.
