Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster high-level multi-stakeholder partnerships, seeking grants for impact programs and overseeing good governance and financial administration.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for GFA, representing its mission in global forums.
  • Inspire, elevate and successfully manage diverse teams encouraging a trustworthy environment across departments and the GFA's eco-system.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years in leadership roles, with significant experience driving sustainability actions in the fashion industry.
  • A deep understanding of social and environmental sustainability challenges with the ambition to accelerate the sustainability agenda in fashion and measure impact.
  • Proven expertise in systemic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and program development.
  • Financial acumen and experience in seeking grants for global initiatives.
  • Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within remote, multicultural teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, paired with a willingness to learn and grow.
