Career Opportunities: Ecommerce Content Manager

Bang & Olufsen seeks a talented Ecommerce Content Manager to spearhead our digital content efforts. This role offers the opportunity to drive consistency across our ecommerce content and represent the brand effectively on our digital B2C channels.

This position is a maternity cover that spans April 2025 to March 2026. You will be responsible for developing our ecommerce content strategy, aligning it with our short-term and long-term marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with creative, product, and marketing teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layouts.
  2. Create and publish captivating content for our .com site (pdp, plp, home etc.).
  3. Collaborate with content writers and our SEO manager to ensure brand consistency and optimize performance.
  4. Analyze data from Google Analytics, heat maps, and other tools to identify trends, track KPIs, and inform data-driven improvements to enhance functionality, user flow, and conversion rates.
  5. Establish an editorial, publishing calendar for our global site.
  6. Stay abreast of industry developments and generate innovative ideas to engage our audience.
  7. Lead content-related projects.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Content Manager in the B2C sector, preferably with exposure or hands-on experience in high-end/luxury consumer products.
  • A deep passion for websites, coupled with a creative mindset and a strong sense of design and user experience.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), with experience working with Contentful being a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices.
  • The ability to analyze data from various tools to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to take initiative and propose creative solutions.
  • Proficient project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
