About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and innovative Lean Specialist to join our Operational Excellence department. The successful candidate will drive and support all Lean activities in the area of responsibility, deploying Lean standards and respective documentation.

The role involves organizing workshops with blue-collar and white-collar employees to optimize and create more Lean processes. You will prepare, distribute, and train subject and method knowledge, sharing best practices and proposing new Lean projects, evaluating costs/benefits, and overseeing their roll-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focusing on production trimming, value-creating processes, and improvement of existing routines and procedures.
  • Developing and implementing Lean standards and respective documentation.
  • Organizing workshops with production crews and support functions to optimize and create more Lean processes.
  • Preparing, distributing, and training subject and method knowledge.
  • Sharing best practices and proposing new Lean projects.
  • Evaluating costs/benefits and overseeing the roll-out of Lean projects.
Requirements
  • A structured team player with high communication skills.
  • A 'hands-on and do-it-now' personality who thrives by securing that goals are met according to the schedule and strategy.
  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • A proven track record on successful Lean implementation, including change management experience and project management experience.
  • Facilitation of process mapping and process improvement design.
  • Experience with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
  • The ability to work independently as well as in teams and collaborate with stakeholders at different areas of the organization.
  • A high level of English and Danish is required both written and oral due to the nature of the position, where daily interactions with internal stakeholders is a part of the position.
