Job Overview
The LEGO Group is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Leader to join its Corporate Products Technology (CPT) team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing digital strategies, working alongside top-level technical software engineers.
About the Role
- You will collaborate with the Vice President of CPT, overseeing 13 software product teams, each covering various business capabilities, such as finance, planning, tax, process digitization, HR, payroll, procurement, facilities, legal, internal communication, and service management.
- Within CPT, you will work closely with three supporting teams: digital design, agile coaching, and technical program management.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps technologies and practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, high-frequency releases, releasable master, static code analysis, and running systems in production.
- You should also possess seasoned experience with SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, Celonis, SharePoint, Genetec, SAP GTS, Highradius, Honeywell, Blue Prism, including evaluation and integration of these systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable other software engineers to do better work by taking on a director-level technical leadership role.
- Take a step back to see the bigger picture, pros, cons, and long-term consequences of technology choices and different designs.
- Enjoy working with people, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
