Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a focus on intralogistics and material handling operations. A master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, as well as 3-5 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee project plans to ensure timely execution using standard project management tools.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and ramp-up of new WH/IL solutions.
  3. Quality and Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Science and Risk-based Validation principles, quality standards, and Environment, Health and Safety requirements while preparing sites for operational excellence.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by integrating innovative solutions, digitalization strategies, and best practices into WH/IL operations.
  5. Team Leadership: Build and lead cross-functional teams, proactively developing competencies required for successful implementation and long-term sustainability.
