Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Retail Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions that improve the retail experience
- Designing and implementing customer journey maps and service blueprints to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Working closely with product management and engineering to define and prioritize roadmap items
- Providing expertise on service design principles and best practices to internal stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A background in service design, research, and analytics, or user experience
- Proven experience applying service design principles in an enterprise setting
- Experience working with digital platforms and tools to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
