NorSea Denmark A/S is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of mechanical equipment on offshore platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and managing a small team of technicians.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a Higher National Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field and 5-10 years of experience in maintenance on oil and gas production installations. You will possess basic knowledge of principles of process and equipment of oil and gas treatment installations and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance of diesel engines, pumps, body parts of valves, filters, heaters, and exchangers.
- Management of a small team of technicians and a senior technician.
- Support from a gas turbine specialist.
- Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC or BTS/DUT or equivalent).
- 5-10 years experience in maintenance on oil and gas production installations.
- Basic knowledge of principles of process and equipment of oil and gas treatment installations.
- English speaking.
- Team leadership.
- Safety-minded.
