We're now looking for a skilled Senior Category Manager to join our Global Procurement team. As a key member of our category management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our long-term strategies and driving results within your assigned categories.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an overview of major direct spend categories within 3Shape, working closely with the procurement team and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and uphold long-term strategies for primary spending categories, including detailed action plans.
  • Lead negotiations to secure the best possible conditions for the organization.
  • Support the organization in adopting best practices for supplier selection and negotiation to ensure professional direct spends.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in category management, including strategies and processes on a global level.
  • Experience with plastic injection moulding and supplier management.
  • An engineering or other relevant technical background.
  • The ability to work closely with colleagues at various levels and from different cultures.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A strong track record of delivering results.
