Quality Assurance Specialist Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen our commercial manufacturing and distribution processes. This role will involve influencing the way we work with compliance and quality in Lundbeck.
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing and facilitating global and local trainings for our global quality system. Additionally, they will prepare, maintain, and develop global guidelines and procedures. The specialist will also conduct internal and external audits, and provide GMP/GDP training. Furthermore, they will support the line of business in various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and facilitating global and local trainings for the global quality system.

Requirements
- Relevant education, such as a Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- +2 years of relevant working experience within QA or manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical mindset (Data-based approach to solving problems).
- Ability to get things done, pragmatic, decisive, curious, adaptable, and accountable.
