Aeven A/S is looking for a skilled IT project manager to join our team. As a senior project manager, you will play a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure projects from start to finish.

About the Role

Your responsibilities as an IT project manager include:

  • Contribute to project management expertise during the sales phase
  • Plan and execute projects at various levels: overall, milestone, and detailed planning
  • Establish project scope and overview, create structure, and define and manage risk and issues
  • Manage stakeholders by communicating and reporting on all relevant levels at the customer and internally at Aeven, including in the steering committees
  • Evaluate and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to business cases, including invoicing
  • Reward and recognize employees who contribute positively to the company
  • Enhance your professional growth through ongoing training and development opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an IT project manager at Aeven A/S, you must have:

  • A master's degree and 5+ years of experience in project management within IT infrastructure projects
  • Strong skills in planning and forecasting, risk management, budgeting, tracking, and monitoring
  • Knowledge and experience with various project management methodologies
  • Facilitation skills for meetings
  • Advanced expertise in one or more IT infrastructure areas: Cloud, Networks, SAP, Transitions, and others
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as MSP, JIRA, and others
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work collaboratively as part of a team
