We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Sofigate Oy. As a key member of our business technology team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project artifacts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 2-5 years in business and digital development, with experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and POC approaches.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Empathy for customers and stakeholders, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Working proficiency in English and Danish is a must.
  • A good dose of humor and a positive attitude.
