NNE Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join their Mechanical Quality & Supervision department as an Associate Manager.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can lead our mechanical supervision team in delivering high-quality projects to our clients.
As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of internal mechanical supervisors, conducting touchpoints with employees to ensure a positive working environment, and contributing to the Mechanical department management team.
You will also perform tasks within the area of mechanical supervision at contractors' workshops, installation on clients' sites, securing training/onboarding, and continuous process confirmation in projects.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of approximately 10 internal mechanical supervisors
- Conduct regular touchpoints with employees to maintain a positive working environment
- Participate in the Mechanical department management team to set objectives and deliver results
- Perform tasks related to mechanical supervision at contractors' workshops and clients' sites
We are looking for a candidate with great communication skills, customer understanding, and goal-oriented approach. Experience in people management and/or team management is required, as well as proficiency in mechanical engineering and extensive knowledge of welding requirements.
Fluency in Danish and English in both speaking and writing is necessary. If you have experience in the life science manufacturing industry or other similar industries, it's considered an advantage.
