Mobaro is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Expert to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and expanding our presence in the attractions sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
• Conduct hands-on implementation and onboarding of new customers to maximize system utilization.
• Respond to support tickets from customers via our Help Center.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' unique needs, and proactively offering solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive upsell initiatives.
• Represent Mobaro at industry events in EMEA, strengthening our presence in the attractions sector.
About You
The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role within SaaS, with a strong understanding of the attractions industry and its unique workflows and challenges. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
