Key Responsibilities:

• Manage open-to-buy process for individual categories
• Ensure consistent delivery of key performance indicators
• Oversee campaign build and assortment planning process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and pricing

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in merchandise planning role from a high-volume retailer
• Expert in Microsoft Excel advanced analytics functions
• Analytically savvy and insatiable about data
• Fantastic communicator and delegator with high acumen for stakeholder management
