About the Role
As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will be responsible for researching and targeting potential clients to schedule meetings that can lead to qualified sales opportunities. Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing lasting relationships with potential clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities using various platforms.
- Collaborating with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
- Building relationships with existing clients to expand our market share.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in sales (sales and/or BDR and SaaS experience preferred), real estate, recruitment, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation and determination to succeed paired with a positive mindset.
- Ability to execute and take responsibility.
- Coachability and self-awareness.
