The Role

We're seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop existing cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources to prevent downtime and improve overall system performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex cloud-related infrastructure incidents and issues to minimize their impact.
  • Support automation projects by writing infrastructure as code (IaC) for provisioning and scaling resources using TypeScript.
  • Propose and implement improvements to cloud operations processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning to ensure our infrastructure meets the needs of our growing business.
  • Be on an on-call rotation to respond to incidents that impact availability and resolve them quickly.
Your Profile
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and can understand entire systems, including how all the parts fit together, how data flows through, and where it can go wrong.
  • You're passionate about delivering high-quality software and ensuring its reliability and performance.
  • You have expertise in Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS preferred), Docker, and monitoring solutions, and you stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • You've worked in a similar environment where you were responsible for designing/architecting tooling and automation, and you thrive in fast-paced teams.
  • You're creative, curious, and enjoy solving hard problems. You're open-minded, a good listener, and confident in your ideas.
