Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a skilled nursing facility located in the village of Carthage. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to fill our House Supervisor position, working a 3-11pm shift.
About the RoleThis RN will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, completing resident care requirements, and providing support to residents and families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and at least 3 years of experience in long-term care.
Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff and complete resident care requirements
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
