Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our Rates E-Trade team. As an ION Marketview Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our e-trading platform for Fixed Income markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive growth and innovation in our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in the entire project life cycle, from initial analysis to release and production support.
• Take an active interest in directly supporting our Sales and Traders, with day-to-day support being a key aspect of the role.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, trading venues, and exchanges to ensure our trading platform remains competitive in a dynamic market.
• Collaborate within a high-performing team while enjoying an informal and friendly work environment.
• Participate in end-to-end value chain projects within the Fixed Income business.
• Contribute to our digital transformation by developing solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A background in finance with a focus on pricing and trading of Fixed Income financial instruments.
• A highly motivated attitude to become an expert in operating the Fixed Income trading platform called ION Marketview.
• A strong interest in technology and a drive to acquire in-depth understanding of how solutions work under the hood.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, with a requirement to sharpen your knowledge of SQL to query large sets of trading data.
• Excellent communication skills, advanced in English.
• The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with a positive mindset and 'can do' attitude.
