Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AM Engineer to join our Additive Design & Manufacturing Element Maturing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and maturing Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies for the production of LEGO Bricks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing production build jobs for AM element maturing;
  • Ensuring the quality of AM produced parts through testing and data analysis;
  • Developing and standardizing our AM workflow and its integration to other LEGO processes;
  • Building capabilities within DfAM and AM to further expand our AM program;
  • Collaborating with internal partners and AM team to secure and improve part quality;
  • Maturing and scaling our production platform focusing on quality and volume;
  • Supporting the exploration and implementation of new software tools to improve and automate processes throughout the AM value chain.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Key qualifications include:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Additive Manufacturing;
  • Proven experience with Build Preparation Software such as Materialise Magics;
  • Strong CAD skills;
  • Experience working with maturing parts using DFM methodologies;
  • Knowledge of polymer AM technologies;
  • Proficiency in English written and verbally.
