Lead a team of experts in sustainable energy solutions

Vestas is a leading company in the development of renewable energy technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to join our team in the Main Component Exchange department. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency and safety of our operations, while also developing and supporting an international team of highly skilled and committed colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and resource planning of personnel
  • Recruit, motivate and assist your team and encourage quality while ensuring safe execution of work
  • Make sure that the Vestas personal development plans (CPD) for the team members are identified and followed up on
  • Ensure that all training plans are up to date and aligned with the business's needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide the necessary guidance and governance to guarantee compliance with Vestas' policies and procedures
  • Create a work environment where the Vestas Core Values are adhered to

Qualifications:

  • Solid previous experience as a team leader, experience from similar industries is beneficial
  • Hold a degree/diploma in management or similar
  • Experience in remote leadership is valuable
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products and preferably with SAP experience
  • Open to accommodating a variety of working hour arrangements to suit the work schedule of the teams
